In summary they have the idea that if the iPhone is dropped and it is falling towards the foor screen first then little bumpers would ejct form the sides which would prevent the screen making contact with any hard surface. Now if this does come into play,(very doubtful) would it be like having the airbags go off in your car? It is probable that this is one gimmick, if introduced that would result in you having to take your iPhone back to the store to have the electronic bumpers reset and calibrated. And unfortunatley this is one feature that would not be possible on an iPhone that had a wrap around screen.
Then there is the security of the iPhone 7. Could we see a possible fingerprint recognition sensor being fitted to the back or the side of the iPhone? Other manufacturers have started doing this, Sony is putting fingerprint scanners on the side of their newest phones now, thus freeing up room and the Elephone P7000 and Techno has placed the fingerprint scanner on the back of he handset under the camera. Imagine the fingerprint scanner on the back of the iPhone 7, no home button required at all as 3D touch would enable the user to simply click on the right side to go forward, left side to go back etc….There is talk of there being gesture control built into the iPhone 7, if this is the case if the user wants to scroll up when reading they simply tilt the iPhone..again this is another feauture that would render the home button useless. Over the next couple of weeks we will look at what other features are almost guaranteed to appear with the 2016 iPhone.
Traveling back time, we can see that since 2013 Apple has been releasing its product in the month of September. iPhone 5c and 5s were launched on 10 September(2013), iPhone 6 and 6 Plus were launched on 9th September(2014) and iPhone 6s and 6s Plus were launched on 9 September, 2015. Therefore, we are expecting Apple to maintain this tradition next year as well. However, our close observation reveals that Apple prefers launching their product on Tuesdays. So the most probable days for releasing Apple’s phone will be either 6th or 13th September, 2016. And thereafter it will be released globally by the end of the month. On the other hand, there are also rumors that Apple is going to launch its next generation iPhones i.e. iPhone 7 and iPhone 7s in two different dates. This decision might have been taken to deal with the global competition. So we can expect iPhone 7 in coming spring and iPhone 7s in the next autumn. If these phones are not released simultaneously, then we are not expecting some major updates to be included in the two phones. However, these are mere speculations and we are not really sure about it.
